Welcome

Shearsby Valley Lakes (formerly known as CJ's) is an established coarse fishery based in South Leicestershire. Well known on the club match circuit for regular weights exceeding 100lb, the current lake record on Alder, our largest lake, is 229lb. The complex has 3 lakes; Alder, Mallard and Willow with a variety of species in each.

The venue is open all year and day tickets can be purchased on the bank.

In May 2009 the new clubhouse opened its doors and we now offer full English breakfasts at weekends. Bacon rolls are available during the week except Mondays. The clubhouse also has a bait and tackle shop and a W.C.

Five pitches, with views across the valley and lakes, are available for Camping and Caravanning Club members.

Opening Times – 7am to (the earlier of) dusk/9pm.
